Growing up in regional Victoria Tom has always had a passion for sport and exercise. From a young age he played football and competed in numerous sports. In particular, Tom is a big believer in strength rehabilitation which he has utilised with his patients and himself recovering from his own sports injuries. In his spare time, you will see Tom outdoors mountain bike riding, surfing, camping and training in the gym.
Tom brings 10+ years of experience working in Melbourne, Perth and the UK. He is committed to helping your body recover and get the best results moving forward. This is achieved by having an honest approach to healthcare. Tom aims to give you a thorough understanding of your condition by creating and tailoring an appropriate treatment plan and providing a physio summary after the session. Overall allowing for good self-management and great longterm outcomes.
Tom's areas of speciality include rehabilitation of all spinal conditions (lower back and neck pain), specialised shoulder and knee rehab programs.
